Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
We strive to give you the best shopping experience with us. Unfortunately, due to the custom-blended nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any items. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to luminidog@gmail.com and we would be happy to ship out a replacement completely free of charge.
Product Application Questions:
How do I use this product?
Always use dropper to avoid contamination. Start with 1/2 dropper of oil. Place it in your palms and rub it to warm it, helping the oil spread with ease. Gently massage it into your dog's skin, avoiding eyes, mouth, inside the ears and genitals.
When do I apply this product?
For best results, apply after your dog is property dried (after baths), or in between grooming sessions for extra conditioning. A little goes a long way. Prevent greasiness by applying small amounts at a time, allowing the oil to travel to the hair follicle.
Do I have to rinse this product out after I apply it?
No. Apply it and let it work into the hair shaft and through the hair follicles. Use it after baths, in between baths, brushing sessions or massage time to keep skin conditioned and coat vibrant. it can also be applied to your own skin. Apply it to areas prone to dryness, like feet, knees, elbows or even to the hair tips to help prevent split ends.

Why is the smell of orange and lavender not as strong as some of my other dog grooming products?
Dogs are gifted with an average of 100 million sensory receptor sites in the nasal cavity, compared to about 6 million in humans. The ultimate goal of Lumini Dog is to serve dogs first, then their people. The amounts of Organic Lavender and Organic Sweet Orange essential oils are carefully calibrated to provide dogs with safe and gentle aromatherapy without overwhelming your dog's sensitive olfactory system. You will also benefit from the amazing properties of these essential oils when massaging your dog!
Are these essential oils pure or "therapeutical grade"?
"Therapeutical grade" is a very subjective classification, just as the word "all-natural" is. The most accurate way to verify the oil's authenticity is by knowing the source and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) that comes with it. Our sources for all the oils are screened and their COA's must comply to our standards, including testing for heavy metals, and each chemical element's percentage.
What kind of CBD extract is in this product?
We currently offer two variants of our blend, with and without CBD. For the variant that contains CBD extract, Broad-Spectrum CBD (absolutely 0% THC) is safely extracted using supercritical CO2 at our Certified Organic Facility in Colorado.
How does this product benefit my dog?

My current pet products have so many more ingredients than yours. Why is that?
More doesn't always mean better! We choose to formulate this product with a limited number of ingredients because the more ingredients a product has, the higher potential for exposure to allergens exists. Having less ingredients allows the main elements to shine, without being unnecessarily diluted with inactive fillers. Each and every element in this oil blend works in synergy to provide the best conditioning for your dog's skin.
